Edmiao Matt, for 10 xp, i plan to buy Oratory for 3pts and put 7 points into the suit, which is 35 points in the suit. Question: can i harden his 10 DEF in the suit?

6pts CSL +2 with grab, strike and passing throw (total of 6 CSLs here on an OCV/DCV = 6)
6pts CSL +3 with Energy Blast (total of 3 CSLs for blast)
