Plural of [[New Man]].  Similar to [[Exemplar]], except that it does not include normals who achieve supranormal feats.  Named because these indivduals, collectively referred to as Prime, are the new Prime players in the [[Human Gambit]], and therefore the movers of [[world politics]].  World leaders often refer to their country's Prime as their stable, while those of their enemies are their arsenal.
