Edmiao i upped the presence limitation only on those who do not know he is intangible from -1/4 (loses a quarter of effectiveness) to -1/2 (loses a third of effectiveness). i think that's probably legitimate given that it should be pretty rapidly determined. (and also that he cannot give commands in a PRE attack, just roar).
