Billiemae Tompkins

Captain Billiemae Tompkins is the commander of the second company of marines on the USS Niven in Star Trek: The Triangle Missions. She entered the academy as a highly-touted track and field athlete, throwing the javelin, discus, shot put and hammer. In school she majored in political science, and is a cultural and diplomatic specialist. When she is done with the service she hopes to enter the diplomatic corps.

So far her service record has been good, but even though she is tall, her fitness reports have suffered because of her weight. She spends a lot of her off time in conditioning programs, and has begun playing tennis with CMC Spencer Harlock, yet she is still over the maximum.
