Caitlin Meadows was once the respected hound of Prince Vidal, but recently her methods have become too draconian, too overt, for the prince to sanction. She has thus gone rogue, though not so far that she is considered a fugitive. Vidal himself has remained mum on the topic, though many suspect that his tongue may not remain silent too much longer.
