--Brandon 22:12, 18 August 2010 (MST) So, I'm out of the country for not even a week, and you guys decide to play EDH? Damnit. I tried to get us to play EDH like a year or go or something. I'm totally ragequitting America. In EDH-Related news, I have Horde of Notions deck if you want to compare, ED. AND, if you invite Joe, fuck him up. He has been tuning his EDH decks for a long time and they are pretty effing ridiculous. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Edmiao love to compare our Horde of Notions decks, Brandon. you got like a decklist or something? I don't, but i could make one. pretty much took 7 elementals from each color and 5 multicolored ones and then 10 artifacts for mana fixing and 10 of the three color charms to let the deck do virtually anything. 30 different special lands (5 vivids, 5 panorama, etc), and two each basic lands. Need a Nova chaser still. I was interested in EDH before, not sure why we never did it. Last night we played again and cheryl had first strike and wither on her 6/6 trample general. Made my 4/4 regenerating artifact look pretty lame as a blocker. He did 18 damage to me before i took control of him with Memnarch and cheryl abdicated, rightfully so. almost hit the 21 rule, which, yes, i had forgotten.

Edmiao EDH was a lot of fun! thanks guys. we should do again soon, i am tuning up my decks. they will never be as awesome as Joe's, but i think that will make them win more, ironically. I am also converting eye of the storm into an EDH deck, though it will be more of a Niv Mizzet deck than an Eye deck so y'all can quit your bitching and moaning. Ben, we should play heads up white vs black sometime. Cheryl and i tested the white deck out last night and it thrashed her Goblin deck and held its own against a pretty strong forest deck that we have.

--Gdaze 15:29, 24 August 2010 (MST) Joe's decks were pretty good but um, he got knocked out pretty fast due to everyone targeting him. Playing with a super flashy EDH seems almost kinda bad, as you draw so much attention.

Edmiao that is true when it is one Joe with super flashy flash, and four Schmoes who know at least how to play and gang up. But imagine 5 Joe's vs each other all with super flashy flash decks. zoiks. Like Ben was saying, politics of multiplayer can be a great equalizer. That said, I would think it is flattering to get knocked out first.

--Gdaze 10:13, 26 August 2010 (MST) Yeah, that is why I kept my mouth shut most of the time and just figured everyone else would kill each other then I could just finish off whoever was left. And once I got big enough with that double strike guy I could hit everyone at once. Speaking of which...

When would everyone like to play again? I'd love to try out some more EDH.

Edmiao meeeee too. i could probably swing Friday again, or sunday (need to check with the wife). Next week is out (sister's wedding). Week after is iffy. I tuned up my EDH decks and eager to see how they are. Also eager to test my white vs ben's black heads up. Played it vs eye of the storm last night with cheryl and got killed by Glory's ability in the end. Great card.

BEN: Chris is in town right now, actually. He bought a box of M11 and we played two rounds of sealed against each other, both of which he won. Guess I've lost my edge. We will be playing again tonight, I expect, so if anyone wants to join us, call me at 2067144469 or send me an email...don't know how often I'll still get back to this page. Friday night I have to drive to Olympia to pick up the money for Jason's collection from that douchebag.

Edmiao you have to drive to olympia to pick up money? ever heard of paypal? I can't tongiht, thursdays are when i have to take care of the baby otherwise i would. itchin to try out the EDH format again.

Edmiao no go saturday for me. EDH we need more folks than three of us. sunday anyone?

BEN: I think Sunday would be out for me. I have slowly added a few more fun tricks to my EDH decks as well though.
