Talk:2013 Gaming Plans

--Dieter the Bold 00:27, 22 January 2013 (MST) I am not committed. I will skip gaming for film festivals and conventions. Gaming is amazing fun. It is great to hang out with friends and be creative with them. But gaming doesn't inspire me. Films and books (certain video games straddle between the two), comics, blogs and conventions are where I get my inspiration. While I certainly won't go looking for things to conflict with gaming, inspirational sources will be the winner of the conflict.
What I will miss gaming for:

*Science Fiction + Fantasy Short Film Festival (mid-January)
*Emerald City Comic Con (March/April)
*Norwescon (March)
*Seattle International Film Festival (mid-May - early June)
*Once-in-a-blue-moon event for a source of inspiration

Games I really want to play: Indiana Jones in Space , The Great Beyond
Games I would enjoy playing: XCom Seattle , Post-Apocalypse , WarHammer , The Uknown West
Games I would play as a minor role: World of Darkness
Games I would GM: Post-Apocalypse (probably HERO 6th), Dresden Files, Conspiracy X (Unisystem), Space Opera (Fading Suns, maybe Cold & Dark, something else?), WarHammer
