J and I are planning to go to Costco beforehand and were thinking of picking up lunch if you guys wanted to chip in. They have the crap at the food court thingie, but we've also had good luck with their sandwich platters. It's around $30, but it'll last all day long. The usual one we got didn't have a vegetarian option, but their wraps might? Never bought those so I'm not 100% sure.
