--Edmiao 13:04, 3 November 2006 (MST)y'all have no sense of humor. I can't believe I didn't get a single comment on my polish jokes. World_politics#Poland

--BenofZongo 13:23, 3 November 2006 (MST)No, those were brilliant...I've told them to a bunch of people already. especially since at first I thought it was serious, and I was like "poland has superheroes?!"

--Jason 13:26, 3 November 2006 (MST)Poland does have superheroes, or more correctly, a superhero. I just havent come up with a suitable name for them yet.

--Edmiao 13:35, 3 November 2006 (MST)Since there is only one polish superhero, of the two I suggested, I would go with "Nail"

--Jason 13:51, 3 November 2006 (MST)If one of those were to be that name, Id have to agree because Germany already has Kettensage (Chainsaw).

--BenofZongo 14:12, 3 November 2006 (MST)Fantastic. my country gets the ultra gore besplattered psychopath hero.

--Edmiao 14:23, 3 November 2006 (MST)Just because it's role playing doesn't mean that everything is a complete fantasy. It has to be based in reality for it to be semi-believable.

--Jason 15:12, 3 November 2006 (MST)Actually, I chose Chainsaw because of the closeness with the Black Forest. They also have Mr Amazing, Black Magician (again the Scwarzenwald was inspiration there-story element), and Giant. What would be a good representation of German nationalism that isnt related to Nazism? Speaking of, Ed, what would you consider good personifications of Chinese nationalism?

--Edmiao 15:58, 3 November 2006 (MST)Oh boy. i don't know. thinking about some character that is "heroic" in china, what about Tank Man. The guy who stood in front of that tank in Tiananmen Square. what would his power be....something like ridiculous bravery and the presence that allows an unarmed man to stop a column of tanks. See [1]. Other iconic images from china: the chinese lion [2], or the chinese dragon [3]. Both are powerful cultural iconic figures.

--Matts 16:24, 3 November 2006 (MST)What about that martial arts hero Jet Li is always portraying? Or the Monkey from Journey into the West?

--BenofZongo 16:34, 3 November 2006 (MST)Just out of curiosity, how is it decided who gets how many heroes? I mean, if developing superpowers is a stochastic event, you would expect there to be way more chinese heroes than anyone else: as a result, they'd totally dominate the world.

--Jason 16:36, 3 November 2006 (MST)Why yes, you would expect that wouldnt you... These questions are asked all over the world of Exemplars.
