Brief synopsis:  The team investigates a lead that TAROT has a secret base nearby.  They arrive to bring the fight to them, for a change, only to find the base is already under attack by...something else.  Some members of the team are able to find some clues and information before the base's self-destruct is set off, and whoever was responsible managed to escape via a secret boat launch.  The base seemed to be devoted to housing troops and performing research that had a lot to do with snakes.  It appears as though the attack was an inside job, and whoever was behind it is heading up a new group named COIL.
