The Shadow-Over Valley

The Shadow-Over Valley gets its name from the black, sooty clouds looming overhead from the eternal fires of the Cinder to the north. To the west is the Apparition Range. To the east are the Ash Barrens. To the south, the valley opens up the Carolina Wasteland, where few people of the Valley have ever traveled.
The region is the start point for Phoenix's Last Rise.
