Top Secret is a proposed campaign or mini-campaign (depending on player interest) where the players are agents of [[The Bureau]] working in 1971 during the height of the cold war. The operatives will be members of a single cell operating in eastern Europe. Their cell may or may not have more members.

=Campaign Guidelines=
All characters are considered to be fully qualified agents of The Bureau. Because of their extensive training, they are considered to have every skill that normally has a 9+(Char/5) roll as an Everyman skill (8- roll). Each character also receives 4 points in their native language plus literacy, and 2 points of Transport Familiarities of their choice.
