Relentlessly patrolling the Seattle underworlds may be a thankless job, but that never stopped Mr Immortal.  In the many years he has been active he has succeeded in not only making the streets much safer, but also somehow forging working relationships with the gangs that remain.  His uncanny understanding of gang politics and ability to intuitively know what amount of gang activity is necessary to sustain an urban environment make him a truly unique figure in Seattle politics.  Decried by the politicians yet beloved by the common man, Mr Immortal is a hero truly like no other.

It is known that he has excellent strength as well as endurance.  He also seems to be able to take a lot of damage before dying.  But his main power should be obvious from his name: he doesnt die for long.
