The 20th Fleet is a fleet of seven starships commanded by Rear Admiral [[April Hebert]] and based at [[Narendra Station]] near the [[Shackleton Expanse]].

Three vessels are assigned permanently to operations in the Shackleton Expanse. Because of the nature of the joint Federation/Klingon mission, the ships have specific makeups: one is a Klingon vessel, one is a Federation vessel, and one is a joint Federation/Klingon vessel.
