The self proclaimed 'voice of the unbound', Shep Jennings makes it his business to speak for those who are not on any of the three sides of the uneasy New Orleans power triangle. He advocates radical measures, but so far, nothing has materialized from this rhetoric.

Shep Jennings is a large, black man with a long face
and full lips. He was Embraced with what would be considered
an astoundingly unstylish hairdo today, so the
first thing he usually does upon waking each night is to
shave his head bald.
