Elena Kasparova is the eldest Dragon (Ordo Dracul) in Seattle, and the ranking member in the western Washington area.  Her official title is 'Master of Terror'.  Elena emigrated to Seattle from Moscow in 1920.

Elena has domain in Georgetown, Russian areas on the east side (in Kirkland and Redmond), and has disputed domain over Boeing Field.  She and Liam have disagreed over control for many years.
