If you are here your character has manifested powers during their life for some reason other than genetics.  The following guidelines govern these characters:

300 points, 150 base, 150 Disadvantages  <br>
80 Active Point limit on powers<br>
40 Active Point limit on gadgets (foci) that are not commonly available<br>
The GM may assign up to 50 points of extra powers after the character has been submitted<br>
The GM will create 50 points of the disadvantages and supply them to the player once the character has been submitted <br>
Some or all of these disads may be Mystery Disadvantage<br>
These characters may not purchase Power Defense
