That means you have to get in touch with me within the next 24 hours and tell me when we're doing this party: and by when I mean when in the next 2 weeks, tops.  When the date is set, I'll need access to your ship for at least 24 hours, maybe longer, to set up the sound equipment and have my people do the design/setup/catering, etc.  I don't want to hear any crap about top secret or whatever, just give us access to the parts of the ship where the party will be: trust me, I've worked in spaces with way worse security conditions.<br>

Anyone with Military contacts will know that the word is out that someone is hiring people with military command experience.

Anyone with military contacts and streetwise will know that someone is offering bounties on Aenean agents.

The Bounty on the escaped convict has gone up to 30,000 credits.

Just in case you thought I was kidding about wanting to throw a party aboard your ship, I hope that the fact that I'm writing you disavows you of that idea.  I don't have a particular date in mind, but I'd probably need 3-4 weeks to organize everything, and I'd like to make it happen in the next few months.  If you're interested, drop me a line and I can fill you in on the details.  Needless to say, it'd be a fairly exclusive party and might give you an opportunity to meet some people you otherwise couldn't get within 50 yards of: it's a golden opportunity for both of us.

Wanted: escaped convict on Diomedes.  contact Diomedean authorities for further details.  10,000 credit reward for his capture, 1000 credits reward for information leading to his capture.

For those with streetwise +5 or better, or street-based contacts +6 or better (or specific to diomedes):  Securing a safe ride for an escaped convict on Diomedes to either Cassandra or the Castor system is worth 20,000 credits to someone: if you do the job, they will get in contact with you.

From: The Grandfather:  To the Crew of the Golden Fleece: Given the quality of your equipment and your level of training, I presume that you are not foolish enought to think that I am quaking with fear simply because I write this email.  Nevertheless, it is obvious that it is in my best interests to seek a peaceable conclusion to the events currently underway.  As such, I am willing to offer you the following concessions to let the entire affair drop where it currently stands:<br>
1.)  120,000 credits compensation for the loss of your mining robot and damage to your crew during the battle at the bar.<br>
2.) Access free of charge to my considerable network for the purpose of obtaining equipment and/or information relevant to your "mining" operation.<br>
3.) A guarantee, in the form of video footage, personal affects, or a body part of your choice, that the last remaining members of the chino gang (specifically, boss chino and his two bodyguards) are despatched.
Although I am certain that some members of your crew would prefer to "see it through" in regards to me, I reiterate that although I do not relish the prospect, it will be neither easy, cheap, nor pleasant for you, even if you should be successful.  As such, I believe that the proposal I am offering you is vastly superior to a continuation of hostilities for both of us.<br>
