With the formal opening of borders, Tacoma has become a hotbed of potential Seattle activity. Since it stretches from Tumwater in the south to Federal Way in the north, and from Narrows bridge in the west to Yelm in the east it is a truly vast expanse. In sharp contrast to Seattle, Tacoma is heavily populated, with the capital, Fort Lewis and McCord AFB all within its borders.
