Top Secret is a proposed campaign or mini-campaign (depending on player interest) where the players are agents of The Bureau working in 1971 during the height of the cold war. The operatives will be members of a single cell operating in eastern Europe. Their cell may or may not have more members.

All characters are considered to be fully qualified agents of The Bureau. Because of their extensive training, they are considered to have a package of Everyman skills according to their Section.
