Marshall Spiers is a tough, no-nonsense combat veteran. He doesn't waste much time with petty chit-chat, and doesn't tolerate his men to carry themselves in any fashion unbecoming a Ranger. Lt. Spiers has agreed to help the Elma Resistance cell on multiple occasions by sharing extra gear and offering the services of his Rangers.
