[[User:Edmiao|Edmiao]] i upped the presence limitation only on those who do not know he is intangible from -1/4 (loses a quarter of effectiveness) to -1/2 (loses a third of effectiveness).  i think that's probably legitimate given that it should be pretty rapidly determined.  (and also that he cannot give commands in a PRE attack, just roar).

[[User:168.103.164.147|168.103.164.147]] i did not understand why growth and the small creature templates did not match.  now i understand that to go from tiny to small requires three levels of growth. from small to human three more levels.   then normal growth per the growth tables.  thus i modified Shao's growth to enable him to do what he had been doing by adding charges once only per day because of the effort required to activate the ability. oops, and just realized i need to re add reduced END, so will do that and put it down to 12 feet tall again with 30 PRE
