Before Fist, countries measured their military might in (from least to most important) conventional and nuclear arms. With the rise of the New Man, it is clear that these views have become antiquated. Current political thinking now ranks Prime as the greatest importance in the measure of national and political strength. The Human Gambit therefore is the utilizing of Prime for political advantage.
