If you are here your character is a product of extraordinary achievement. The following guidelines govern such characters:
350 points, 175 base, 175 Disadvantages
40 Active Point limit on powers
60 Active Point limit on gadgets (foci) that are not commonly available
Characters may buy equipment that is standard (off the shelf) for the real points listed, in bulk. These points may be distributed differently each scenario, but if any piece is lost during an adventure, the pool is temporarily reduced until it is either retreived or the scenario ends.*
The GM will create 25 points of the disadvantages and supply them to the player once the character has been submitted
Some or all of these disads may be Mystery Disadvantage
These characters will have a limited form of Normal Characteristic Maxima for no points, they will be allowed to violate the limit on one characteristic by up to 10 points, or 1 point of SPD
- This means a character may allocate 40 (raw) points to equipment, and they may spend this differently each scenario from any normal equipment.
