History: The Murkwood Caern was founded fairly recently by Petey Whistle, a Bone Gnawer Ragabash. His sept had long been searching for a “holy site” in the Seattle underground. He and his group were finally able to locate a suitable place for a caern but it was being used by a group of humans who seemed to wield magic. Petey and his band engaged the humans in battle. After a rather vicious battle with 2 werewolves being killed in action the Garou finally won. It is not a popular Caern and the sept is almost entirely made up of Bone Gnawers with a few Childern of Gaia and Black Furies. It is located in the Seattle underground which is a forgotten part of Seattle built over by the current city. While it does seem to have a slight vampire problem it is a great place to hide from agents of the Wyrm and gives the sept access to various sewer entrances.
