The assault rifles should be 5 and 6, and the regular rifle 7 (or 6).  This is because rifles generally fire a full sized cartridge, while assault rifles fire a shorter version. For instance, the AK fires 7.62x39mm, the regular rifle sized 7.62 (.308) is 51mm in length.  Of course, the M14 actually uses the same 7.62x51mm cartridge, so thats an argument for the heavy assault and regular rifle having the same damage.
