WHFRP Reboot talk archive Old discussion moved to an archive because I thinke we have come to a solution detailed below.
Ben: Wow. Well, I think it's pretty clear that the game does not run by Ignotus' agenda alone. Although I guess we were going the godfather route anyways, so cool beans. You guys have plans about how/what we are going to do about the town?
--Edmiao 18:42, 6 January 2008 (MST) that's hillarious. we all thought that had ignotus been there, that he would never have allowed us to frontal assult Goldfarb Jewlers. None of the three characters there really expressed a strong interest in running the town at the time, it was more of a..."you wanna fight? ok, then, here it is." From Elrin's standpoint, he just wanted to have a good old fireworks celebration without goons disrupting it.
--Gdaze 21:34, 6 January 2008 (MST) It was pretty freaking sweet. We also made "allies" out of the millita as well. Well, more like they will now work for us, for a price. We also got one new merc on our side. Meaning that when Shang wants to it is possible for us to summon up an ARMY of 9 bandits, 3 mercs with rifles, 1 merc with mail/hand weapon/shield/ floppy hat boy, and if need be hire the milita to help.
That one woman who is in charge of overland commerce or whatever had been wanting the big G's postition. So we made a deal with her, we take out him and she will move in to settle things. Also we will be basically like primary officers for her, no more being the small fry. Hans also basically said that if we survive come talk to him in a week. Well with-in 24 hours of that we had done said deed so I'm pretty sure he is on our side too.
Also I propose we buy the mansion for heck-a cheap if not outright free. It would make a nice base of operations.
Ed: we should definitely pull strings to get Goldfarb's mansion and/or the farmhouse. probably both.
