New evolutionary step

A scientific term, coined in the eary 80's to describe Fist. It was first used in a scientific paper by Dr. Richard Spanos of the Genetic Research facility of M.I.T. The evolutionary step term was vogue for a short while, but it was mostly replaced in usage by New Man. Currently, because of the furor over the gender bias of New Man, Exemplar is becoming more popular.
