gabe and jason, please sound off on what we are doing this friday
--Jason 11:01, 15 October 2007 (MST)I can do a possible Exemplars prelude for Gabe. I still havent received his character or background, however. This Friday session will include some fighting, which may or may not be part of the actual session. We need to test Dieter and Ben's characters as well as Gabe's. If this is everyone's choice, let me know asap. If you would rather do Heroscape, thats fine, but let me know because I have other possible plans.
--Gdaze -- OOOOH, you actually want that history? Yeah I had that written up a long time ago and had sent it to ya before. I didn't know you wanted that one. Its like 3 or 4 pages long. So yeah, I'll get that over to yaz when I get home.
I'm actually down for either, if we do Heroscape where would it be? I have enough sets/pieces for more then four players although the tables I have to play on are a bit limiting. (Well they may be small but still, could work something out)

BEN: lets still get together, Jason, Ed, and me. We can run some unrelated one shot if we don't have any heroscape stuff or if that's too few for a exemplars test. I'd be happy to throw something together, or Jason or Ed can too, I'm open to whatever. If you guys aren't game, I guess we'll cancel, but I'd prefer to still get together and do something gaming-related.
--Edmiao 08:59, 16 October 2007 (MST) i love board games and i have a ton. several are good for 3 players if that's all we got. if we do board games then Cheryl may come (departing 11pm, but I'll stay later). gabe, give us a yea or nay ASAP, because it sounds like the preferred events would be 1) exemplars prequil 2) heroscape 3) other board games alternating with combat tests for exemplars. Jason, you in for other board games? I have very few 2 player board games, although heroscape looks good for two players if gabe let's us steal his set.

--Edmiao 20:13, 7 October 2007 (MST) y'all who making characters.... consider saving some points for a community base of operations. Jason and I had a concept that my character's company could be a base for the group. I have allocated 43 character points for a 217 point base, which should make the majority of the base, other characters can donate points to make additions. Base still needs to be designed, anything you want on a wish list? see Venture Industries HQ for a first draft of potential base.
--Jason 11:04, 8 October 2007 (MST)Exemplars primer: Everyone is always allowed to read any page that doesnt say secret in the name or specifically address individual characters or players. More world events and history is yet to come, I hope to have a good world for you all soon.
Clarification
Pages with a player's name in them are specific to that player and therefore secret.
Be prepared for storytelling devices. In other words, we may, in the middle of a session, switch to a flashback and hand out new characters for everyone. Or we might start a session this way. This might not always be mentioned ahead of time.
For Nate: Feel free to come whenever you want. I can always find a good NPC for you to play. Some will have secrets, however, and in these cases you will need to be discreet about that. Only tell players things if it makes good sense.
