Hiss'Ist

The Hiss'Ist are a common Saurian breed similar to large Terran reptiles. Though relations between the Hissss Empire and the Terran Union are icy at best, many expatriates live in the TU sector. Hiss'Ist are known for their slow speech and individualist nature.
