Dean Vickers

Dean Vickers is an X-Com field operative. His station assignment is Bunker Alpha "Area 51". He was on assignment in the Pacific Northwest during the Sweeps when his comms were cut off, and began an independent investigation of Red Hand activity in the area. During the Elma Resistance's "Recruitment Drive" operation, Vickers and his partner Ian Church were contacted by Lillian Kjelstad to assist her own group of agents in rounding up and extracting some scientists and engineers in the Seattle area.

Vickers is in his late forties or early fifties. He is 6'2" tall. He claims to have been assigned to Bunker Alpha for the past 7 years, and says he was in the CIA before joining Project Covenant.

His weapon of choice is a Barrett M98B .338 Lapua Magnum sniper rifle. He also carries a suppressed FN P90 PDW.

When encountered by the Elma Resistance, he was barricaded in the Pacific Science Center with 50 scientists.
