Nishoba

Nishoba, also called Sam, is the "Prince at large" of Washington outside of the I-5 corridor. He is known to have been the prince of New Orleans before the arrival of Augusto Vidal, and when he vacated the office Vidal reigned for over 200 years. Possibly coincidentally, after Sam became known around New Orleans again, Vidal fell. He is a leading member of the Circle of the Crone.

He has a respect for Jakob Tallhorse from their time in New Orleans, and he has met Rafael Pope, and is cautiously respectful of him and what he knows and has done. He has a garou companion, Lelani, who also venerates the Crone. He also has an autistic, homeless man, Darren, as his retainer.
