During the work on The West That Wasnt the differing qualities of gear became very important, just as they were in Future Imperfect. The games have evolved into three tenses, each with multiple iterations within them. Each iteration is a setting, which could certainly be a game in its own right. One way to test the viability of the action point system to scale is to generate different gear for each setting, and see if they all are workable yet distinct. This page combines gear from all iterations into a single page to allow for cross reference as well as comparison.

Past Perfect

This is a setting we have not discussed at all, but I think we could do well. It would also help us improve hand to hand combat. It would be a fantasy setting, either historical (low) or high fantasy.

Past Tense

This would be a musket and sword setting, be it swashbuckling musketeers or a dark colonial.
