The 20th Fleet is a fleet of seven starships commanded by Rear Admiral April Hebert and based at Narendra Station near the Shackleton Expanse.

Three vessels are assigned permanently to operations in the Shackleton Expanse. Because of the nature of the joint Federation/Klingon mission, the ships have specific makeups: one is a Klingon vessel, one is a Federation vessel, and one is a joint Federation/Klingon vessel.
