Konrad von der Horst

Lieutenant Junior Grade Konrad von der Horst was the security officer on USS Niven who murdered Subcommander S'Laf in Where Has All The Glory Gone?. He was subdued by Billiemae Tompkins and Gunnery Sergeant Henry Davis. After his capture he was interrogated by Octavio Rodriguez and Layla Koyanagi, where he indicated he was only doing what everyone wanted and he expected to get a medal for his actions. After he realized the opposite was the case, he requested representation by JAG. He was transferred to Starbase 20 immediately after and court-martialed.
