Alexander Nilssen

Alexander Nilssen was a colonel in the USMC, and was working for the NSA at the time of the Sweeps. He is the Commander of Bunker Juliet (AKA "Princess") in Fort Meade, Maryland, beneath the ruins of the former US intelligence facility there. Believed to be attached to his command is a USMC MARSOC unit.
