Located on the border of the Romulan Neutral Zone, the only points of interest on the planet were a researched and abandoned archeological dig and a Penal Colony. The majority of the local flora and fauna were poisonous, which was the primary reason the colony was located here. There are some valuable minerals present near the colony, but not industrial extraction would not prove economical, which makes it an excellent focus for prison labor.
Most of the inmates had ties to the Orion Syndicate and were located here due to its distance from those areas of influence.
The Penal Colony is being decommissioned and the prisoners resettled due to a recent incident as per the incidents of Sculptor of the Mind.
