GM Special Page:Martial Artist

Any character with 20 or more points in martial arts is a Martial Artist. Other characters who are not martial artists will have any purchase of MA closely scrutinized by the GM.
Martial Artist special ability: Anytime a Martial Artist knocks an enemy out in hand to hand combat they may immediately make another attack at no penalty against any enemy who is in hand to hand range.
Ranged martial arts will be allowed, but will be closely scrutinized.
