Giacomo

Giacomo employs several top-notch assasins, as well as having contacts throughout the Western Empire.

He stands average-height, but his girth is wide, and strength is evident in the studied, smooth motions of his limbs; it looks almost as if he's trained specifically to contain his movements. His eyes are a sympathetic grey-blue, and red hair sprouts from his head. It is rumored that the Cielvinis are of Norscan descent, or at least, that Giacomo is. The story of his rise in his own family is not well known, so it suits those in Miragliano to make up fantastic tales of his ancestry.

He is ruthless, but fair; he prides himself on the quality of his word. While he has no compunction against murdering or discrediting his rivals, he has his own code of honor that he will not violate; he figures it's the only thing that separates him from the common thuggery.

Giacomo's Henchmen

Las Qintze

An Estalian hailing from Magritta, Las Quintze (she often pronounces it "Laz Quincy") is a skilled and feared assasin. Her ability to 'be in five places at once' is feared, and the work she does for Giacomo is a critical reason for his continued dominance of the Miragliano underworld.

It is said that Giacomo took her in and sheltered her, while she was on the run from an Estalian justicar. Giacomo apparently strangled the man with his bare hands when he broke in to the Cielvini estate.

Scandalous rumors float about that the reason Giacomo has not produced an heir is because he consorts with this lowborn Estalian hussy.

She is tall and slender, with muddy, short, ash-blond hair and dark brown eyes, and she moves with an impossibly studied grace. A successful Perception test will notice that something about her movements seems wrong, and a successful Very Hard Performer(dance) roll will reveal that her muscles are trained to respond as if she's been practicing the same dance her whole life.

She regards the world with a detached clinicality, often not deigning to speak with those who are not worthy.

The reality is that Las Quintze is in fact quintuplets. Ever since their birth to a whore in the train of an Estalian ranging army, they have struggled to survive, having only each other to count on. They are studious in sharing every scrap of information they have learned so that each may act in the others' stead if neccesary. They are never seen in public together.

If confronted as a group, the sisters all move together as one, with amazing precision; it is often difficult to tell exactly who is being fought at any given time. As such, treat the sisters as one enemy, with quintuple the wounds and attacks on the profile. Each sister will usually choose a different target.
