Prime Base

Prime Base is the name of the central command structure for the Morrow Project. Its purpose is to send the signals to awake teams according to the schedule set by the leadership team of The Morrow Project. The Prime Base also serves as the communication hub for all teams as well as the living quarters for the top leaders of the project. Prime Base is located in Colorado.
