Here are a few septs that the characters will know about. I will add more and perhaps specific pages if need be. Septs who already own a Caern will not be listed here.
Blood River Sept
Current Leader – True Paw (Ahroun, Red Talon)
Member of Note – Runs with Silence (Theurge, Wendigo)
Member of Note – Ape Eater (Ahroun, Red Talon)
This is a well known but not very liked sept of Red Talons and Wendigos. They operate around Washington but tend to stick to the Southern and Eastern regions. They are very violent and there are rumors that they eat the flesh of humans. Ape Eater’s name seems to be an open attack on the Litany.
They number around 20 members.
Sunwheel Sept
Current Leader – Greyfang (Philadox, Get of Fenris)
2nd in Command – Thunder Fall (Theurge, Shadow Lord)
Member of Note – Susan Ease Drop (Ragabash, Shadow Lord)
A sept that is making a name for itself recently. Norman has shown himself to be a brave leader and will often yield control to Thunder Fall in times other then war. There are rumors that the Shadow Lords are using Norman. They are very active in the Eastern parts of the state and often travel across the mountains searching for Wurm prey. Norman is well known for an impressive battle wound that has burned over half his body.
They number around 25 members. They mostly consist of Get of Fenris, Shadow Lords, Silent Striders, and Children of Gaia.
