The Executioner

Leader of the Chicago Prime organization Vengeance League-(Exemplars). He has been continuously in this position since their inception, and is the only original member remaining.

Powers

The Executioner, like Crossbow, is an equipment based hero with a great deal of training and little extrahuman abilities. He is proficient in a martial art known as Pankration, which has led to some brutal injuries to foes, though in recent years his style has evolved more towards boxing, presumably to reduce the negative publicity of brutality charges. He operates a wide array of highly complex, and seemingly impossible, technical equipment. It is presumed he maintains a base somewhere in the greater Chicago area, but as yet this has not been confirmed.

Dress

The Executioner wears a suit of black chainmail and wears a utility belt and backpack. He has several vehicles, including a helicopter, van and motorcycle, all in his trademark black.
