Edmiao hope there wasn't anything important in there, i just cleaned this up. have y'all seen the movie "monster camp"? its about LARPing in seattle. apparently hilllarious. just put it on my netflix que. Addendum: Meh, it was not that hillarious. kinda sad actually.
+++++++++--Dieter the Bold 15:16, 3 June 2010 (MST) This was a SIFF movie last year or the year before. If you want a LARP pick-me-up, I recommend getting tickets IMMEDIATELY to Saturday night's midnight showing at the Egyptian. The Wild Hunt promises to be awesome.

Edmiao damn you all and your thursday events. I will see if i can make it Matt, when do the festivities commence? All, that was some awesome magic. i had a great time. I found a white artifact that acts as a disenchant, just like the black terror artifact. one white to cast and three to activate. Thanks ben for that uber artifact destroy everything for my esper deck. Cheryl enjoys some magic from time to time too, maybe we can host the next one, she has been interested in playing again.

BEN: After years of hiding in the dark recesses of the world, The Accursed Black Deck is ready to make its reappearance in a fair and sporting manner thanks to Wizard's release of the "Archenemy" game variant. I think i will get my hands on the scheme cards, and then the most fitting of villainous decks will challenge all comers to form a noble band of adventurers and venture into its dungeouns (british for dungeons).
For those of you who don't read too much (read, anything) about magic, archenemy is a new multiplayer format where one person plays the "archenemy": they get 40 life and a deck of "scheme" cards, one of which gets revealed each turn. The other people are all on one multi headed giant team against said archenemy. I think it sounds fun. I also think that through my dastardly schemes, I will crush you all!
I will probably arrange this for sometime in the last two weeks of July. But I just wanted to put it out there, so I don't buy scheme cards for nothing.

Edmiao sounds fun! i have been itching for some magic. i revamped several of my decks and made a new one that stomples my most of my other decks. you guys will hate it, white and red walls and tims with direct damage. very slow.

Edmiao just looked at the archenemy decks. they look awesome. and the 60 card decks they come with look brutal as well. you gonna buy all 4 ben or just one? i might get one, would be fun to have around.

BEN: my plan is to get a store to sell me a set of just all the scheme cards, one of each. I think I should be able to get that for 20 bucks or so. I don't plan on buying any of the premade decks, I think the black deck is fiendish enough

BEN: sounds great. You puny fools will need all the help you can get. I'll get it organized once I get back from hawaii (that will be on the 18th or 19th)
