The grizzeled bodyguard of Clothilde von Alptraum. He has long served her family and watched over the young lady as she grew up.
He was grievously wounded at Graf von Kaufman's garden party by a, "rat-man" assailant (according to dubious sources), using a fell weapon {possibly of warpstone construction) that has left him with festered wounds even the local Shallyan's have been unable to treat.
