Ules

Ules is about 26, tall, with a lean build and stringy, long, brown hair. He has a green eye and a blue eye, and it seems like they're always twitching nervously.

He chatters incessantly, about things that nobody cares about (celebrity gossip), or things that nobody understands (quantum physics). This is supremely irritating and distracting to those around him, and it seems like he might do it on purpose.

He's also a mathematical genius, and one of the best gamblers in the system. It turns out that he can also psychonavigate!
