Alien Fabric Enhancement

This enhancement tabs into the natural ability of the alien fabric to convert thermal and kinetic energy into stored energy. This can be used to power low-draw electronics, and more importantly, can be used in conjunction with alien alloy to make it rigid and meet its power requirements. This allows for viable fabric/alloy hybrid armor.
