A very young Ambassador from Alpha Centauri and a polyglot (known languages include Japanese, Bajoran, Andorian, Betazoid and Psellian). Cal was assigned to Psellus III within several weeks after the events of Icons of Iconia and has been working for the last six months towards gaining Psellus III "Protectorate" status within the Federation. Cal has one known relative in Starfleet, Commander Devin West of the USS Niven.
