Carl Curtis

Captain Carl Curtis, the commanding officer of Starbase 27, is a short, stout man whose weight is almost against regulation. He has high cheekbones, a squeaky voice and what little remains of his hair is prematurely gray. He is a paranoid man who thinks that everyone in Starfleet is trying to keep him from getting a ship command that he so desperately desires. He is known to have a short temper and there are rumors of him striking fellow officers, though charges were never filed.
