Charles

Nobody is really sure if Charles is his name, or if he is referring to the moniker 'Charlie' for Viet-Cong. Charles was also a soldier in the Vietnam war, like (unlike?) Phil. He has flashbacks, but also an amazing ability to notice things others miss.
