Crossbow

Former member of Vengeance League-(Exemplars) and the worlds most famous Prime. Crossbow is generally considered to be physically no different from normal humans, but this has not been confirmed. He has been criticized for being a narcissist, as well as for his strong anti-World Freedom Alliance sentiments. He never publicly talks of his time prior to joining Vengeance League.

Vengeance League

He was a founding member of one of the worlds first Prime organizations, along with Nightshade, Buckethead and The Executioner. During this time he pioneered methods for cultivating positive press, possibly inspired by Magnum. He was also the first Prime to market himself and create a financial empire, also possibly inspired by Magnum.

Feud With Magnum

Because of the similarity between their exploits, and due to the temporal similarity, differing historical viewpoints have advanced one or the other as pioneers in the fields. This led to a rivalry of sorts, and their competition is heated, though not hostile.

Powers

Crossbow does not display overt superhuman physical characteristics, though his swiftness and agility are either near or slightly above human maximums. His eyesight and coordination however, which contribute to his deadly accuracy, are at a superhuman level. He is also trained in basic martial arts.

Equipment

Crossbow employs twin handbows with numerous types of ammunition. He also has a motorcycle and access to expesive high tech equipment because of his personal fortune.

Post Vengeance League

Since he left Vengeance League Crossbow has remained in the national as well as world spotlight. He still devotes a lot of his personal time to fighting crime at his own risk and expense. He has also championed causes that thwart the World Freedom Alliance.
